One Finger Johnny actually started out with a thumb on that left hand, when I first "drew" him, with my first little NEC Versa V/75 lap-top computer. But, his thumb became a toe, to accomodate the Title of the CD, and to add some humor, to the situation, for those critics who might assume that I think my music is anything but hime-made. I didn't actually intend his right arm to start down by his waste, but the track-ball on that machine is less than smooth, and the farther I went, the funnier the guy became. Photography is a much more predictable art form--but often lacks humor, because it resembles reality so closely. I need them both in my life, and the music, as well, so making these CD's seems to make a satisfying art form for me, at the moment.
